APAL conducted an online Executive Committee Meeting

On 4th January 2023, APAL conducted an online Executive Committee Meeting and all members are participated.

In this meeting, Mr. Uday Thakar explained the FCRA updating and way of verification and also, discussed future activities of APAL

On 3rd January 2023, APAL’s President Mrs. Maya Ranavare along with the APAL’s state committee Maharashtra and Maharashtra Kusht Sanghatana visited the Ananadvan leprosy colony in Dapoli, Pune

On this visit, discussed the awareness programs and activities of World Leprosy Day on 30th January 2023 and all inmates shared their views and plans

On 2nd January 2023, APAL’s President Mrs. Maya Ranavare along with the APAL’s state committee Maharashtra and Maharashtra Kusht Sanghatana met Mr. Rang Baner Mahal Member of Vidhansabha at his office in Pune

On occasion, requested and invited him as the chief guest to World Leprosy Day celebrations and awareness programs which are going to be conducted on 30th January 2023

APAL is thankful to him for his positive response, healthy hospitality, and proven responsibility for persons affected by leprosy

At the efforts of APAL and APAL’s state committee Odisha, by submitting a memorandum to District Social Security Officer, Khordha for the new single-storied house

On 26th December 2022, At the efforts of APAL and APAL’s state committee Odisha, submitted a memorandum to the District Social Security Officer, Khordha for the new single-storied house for 120 families of persons affected by leprosy at Rama Krishna Leprosy Colony and the Government of Odisha sanctioned and constructing the houses

APAL is thankful to the Government of Odisha for the same services to all leprosy colonies overall Odisha and special thanks to Mr. Prabhakar Sahoo Executive Member of APAL and Mr. Umesh Naik President of the State Committee Odisha for their active contributions to the Leprosy community

In collaboration with the local donor Mrs. Viswa Dini Pandey, APAL’s state committee in Chhattisgarh constructed 15 lacks worthy CC Roads

On 24th December 2022, In collaboration with the local donor Mrs. Viswa Dini Pandey, APAL’s state committee in Chhattisgarh constructed 15 lacks worthy CC Roads and Drainages at Indira Leprosy Colony in Raipur, Chhattisgarh

On this occasion, they discussed the current situation and future activities for permanent solutions to the empowerment of persons affected by leprosy and their family members
