On the date of 25th August 2021, In collaboration with the health department of Bihar, APAL’s state committee distributed MCR Footwear to 42 people affected by leprosy who are struggling with chronicle ulcers on feet in Muzaffarpur Leprosy Colony, Bihar on the presence of DLO(District Leprosy Officer)
