On 29th April 2024, In a mutually beneficial collaboration, Mrs. Parvathi, a highly regarded figure in the Rural Development sector, partnered with the Association of People Affected by Leprosy to extend a significant gesture of support to the community of individuals afflicted by leprosy in Shanthi Nagar Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana. This philanthropic endeavour entailed the distribution of essential food grains to 20 families, providing much-needed sustenance and relief to those grappling with the challenges of leprosy and its effects on their families. Mrs. Parvathi’s involvement underscores a spirit of empathy and solidarity, highlighting the efficacy of collective action in addressing the needs of marginalized communities. The Association of People Affected by Leprosy extends heartfelt appreciation to Mrs. Parvathi for her invaluable contribution and unwavering support towards those affected by leprosy and their families.
