On the date of 26th May 2022, APAL’s state committee member Mr. Brij Kishor and some are invited by the Bihar Association of persons with disabilities and participated in the meeting and discussed the empowerment of persons with disabilities which are 21 categories

Mr. Umesh Nayak participated as a guest in the JAGA SAMPARK rehabilitation program
On the date 26th May 2022, Mr. Umesh Nayak participated as a guest in the JAGA SAMPARK rehabilitation program at Rourkela Leprosy Colony in Odisha and MLA Sarada Nayak and other Govt authorities had participated.

APAL conducted state coordinators meeting at Hotel Kinara Grand in Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad
On the date 18th &19th of 2022, APAL conducted state coordinators meeting at Hotel Kinara Grand in Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad under the leadership of Mr. Venu Gopal CEO of APAL. and discussed the achievements and future plans for the social economic and welfare of persons affected by leprosy and their families; all Executive Members and state coordinators participated actively and made it a success

On the date of 12th May 2022, APAL’s state committee Bihar conducted a meeting with the Assistant Director of Child Unit Safety and Social Security and the leaders of Raxaul, Ramgarhwa, Motihari, Motipur and Ghorasahan leprosy colonies and discussed the schemes of the Government for persons affected by leprosy and their families

On the date of 9th May 2022, At the request of APAL’s state committee Bihar, The Government of Bihar sanctioned bus passes to 11 persons affected by leprosy at Gandhi Kushth Ashram, Chhatauni Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar
