On 28th July 2022, APAL’s Vice President Mr. Jawahar Ram Paswan met the “Udayan” institution of Calcutta and requested them to provide educational support to children affected by leprosy and children of persons affected by leprosy who are overstudied 10th and 12th classes and residing in the leprosy colonies in Jamshedpur and got approval.
The “Udayan assured to give educational support freely to G. N. M. (3 yrs), Lab. For Technician (3 yrs), and Hotel Management and 17 children have applied for free training
On behalf of persons affected by leprosy, APAL is thankful to Udayan for their educational support to children living under the shadow of leprosy and special thanks to Mr. Jawahar Paswan for his active contribution in the leprosy fields
