On 13 December 2024, the Karnataka State Committee of APAL, in collaboration with the Nandadeep Charitable Trust, organized a significant event in Mahatma Gandhi Colony, Vijayapur, aimed at supporting and promoting the education of children and youth from families affected by leprosy. During this event, 50 students, spanning primary school, high school, and college levels, were presented with essential educational materials, including books, pens, and examination pads. This generous provision empowers these students to engage with their education with renewed confidence and enthusiasm.

The distribution of these materials was made possible through the generous contributions from the Nandadeep Charitable Trust, whose dedication to social welfare has provided hope and inspiration to numerous individuals.
