Ms. Lalbai Solanki Volunteer of APAL started to provide health care services

On the date 23rd of October 2021, Ms. Lalbai Solanki Volunteer of APAL started to provide health care services by health screening tests to people affected by leprosy and their families at Harsh Nager Kusht Ashram Sendhwa district, Barwani, Madhya Pradesh

People affected by leprosy and their families are mostly impacted by the COVID-19. In response to this upheaval, the Association of People Affected by Leprosy (APAL) decided to run a project in the 30 leprosy colonies of 6 states, by the volunteers who are active and well-trained youth living in the same leprosy colony. The volunteers are aware people on the precautions of COVID-19 and do the health tests by Oximeter and Temperature gun as like first aid to people affected by leprosy and their families also and refer to the near PHC.
